could not have been smoother. Jamal came out and took quick measurements and listened

to what we wanted to do. He had excellent advice and answers to our questions. His estimate

was in line or a bit lower than a couple other we had gotten, but his expertise and respect of our

time (zero sales pitch or long commentary on his business etc) made us realize we wanted to

work with his team on this. We were thrilled to have help and more friendly and quick answers

when we went to the showroom to choose our materials. Farah and Heather helped us coordinate

the granite, tile, etc - helped us consider elements such as overall home decor, wall, and

existing floor. If we'd been left on our own to choose items it would have looked ridiculous. They
